Yes, the interval workouts in Pro are perfect for a mix of walking and running.

We have improvements coming to the basic charting, and we also have an optional premium service rolling our soon called FitnessReports that will offer much more robust charting and analytics. More details as we get closer to launch, but in either case, you should like the improvements that are on the way!

No, this is an issue on Facebook's side and one we have no control over. I wish we did, it frustrates me too! What I do is, if it doesn't post the thumbnail, I delete from FB and resend from RK and I do it until the thumbnail gets posted. Usually either the 1st or 2nd time, and occassionally takes 3. Stinks, but is what it is for now. We hope FB will fix this, and in the meantime, if we can find a workaround then we absolutely will.

You can select every mile/km or every 5 minutes. You can also create a training workout for more finely tuned intervals (every .25 mile, etc). More customization of the audio cues will come as we grow.

There is no way to transfer data from app to app on the device, but use the same email/password and all new activities will be stored in the same account on the web. Two-way sync will come as we grow, but it is far from trivial, and there are some core functions we need to prioritize first.
