This is just a quick update on what I've been up to....

Presently I am in training for the WBFF PRO World Fitness Model Championships this September. I have created a weekly

12-Week Fitness Model Prep Workshop

starting on June 20th (it will run every Saturday and spaces will be limited as I prefer a small group. shooting upcoming covers

for some of my favorite magazines: Inside Fitness and Nytro Fitness:))) The shooting of these covers will be included on my VLOG's:)) I also have a feature in the next issue of Status Fitness, so look out for it:)
