Palatschinken Get a handfull of dill, chop it up into very small pieces, then get some cottage cheese, sweeten it with sugar, add a bit of salt and lime juice to it, mix the whole thing and fill your almighty palatschinken right away. Trust me it is my mums speciality and it is amazing!
